Job Title: Dry Dock Master Expert
At Core Group Resources Careers, we're seeking a highly skilled Dry Dock Master Expert to join our team. As a key member of our marine offshore market expertise identification department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our floating dry docks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend new construction launch meetings to discuss project timelines and resource allocation.
- Liaise with new construction teams to provide support services as needed at our repair facility.
- Report directly to the Repair Yard Manager or General Manager, providing regular updates on dock operations and any issues that may arise.
- Support tasks and jobs unrelated to the dry dock as requested by management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with employees and customers, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Federal, State, and Local safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- 7 years' experience operating floating dry docking facilities.
- Certification as a Dock Master for floating Dry-Docks from NAVSEA or DM consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine engineering, or equivalent years of experience.
- Proficiency in Autocad, GHS, and Microsoft software products.
Salary Range:$110,000 - $150,000 per year
