Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and attend new construction launch meetings to ensure seamless coordination.
- Collaborate with new construction teams to provide support services as needed at the repair facility.
- Report directly to the Repair yard manager or General Manager, maintaining open communication channels.
- Provide assistance with tasks and jobs unrelated to the dry dock, showcasing versatility and adaptability.
- Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with employees and customers, fostering a positive work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all Federal, State, and Local safety and environmental regulations, prioritizing workplace safety and sustainability.
Requirements:
- 7 years of operation experience in floating dry docking, leveraging expertise in this specialized field.
- NAVSEA or DM consulting certification for floating Dry-Docks, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine engineering or equivalent years of experience, ensuring a strong foundation in relevant disciplines.
- Proficiency in Autocad, GHS, Microsoft software products, staying up-to-date with industry-standard tools and technologies.
Compensation Package
