- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with shipping companies, terminal operators, and logistics teams to ensure timely arrival and departure of vessels, maximizing supply chain efficiency.
- Oversee accurate documentation and reporting of cargo, including bills of lading, manifest, and customs declarations.
- Plan and optimize cargo loading and unloading schedules to reduce idle time and minimize resource utilization.
- Supervise, train, and mentor stevedoring staff, ensuring they adhere to industry best practices and company protocols.
- Allocate tasks based on cargo types and operational requirements to maintain smooth workflow and meet customer expectations.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods and unforeseen delays, minimizing operational disruptions.
