- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, overseeing planning, execution, and closure. Lead teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion by managing internal and external resources.
- Allocate and manage resources (personnel, equipment, contractors) to ensure project success, maintaining coordination among all stakeholders.
- Oversee internal teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety while providing leadership throughout the project.

- Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Project management experience in the marine or industrial sectors, with a focus on shorter-term projects
- Experience working in shipyards, drydocks, or new construction is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in electrical and / or mechanical systems is advantageous.
