Position: Nurse Manager – Assisted Living (Night Shift)
Location: Bronx, NY
Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 $15,000 Sign-On Bonus
Schedule: Night Shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee healthcare services for Assisted Living residents
- Conduct assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Supervise program nurses and home health aides
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and medication management
Qualifications:
- New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- At least two years of experience in Assisted Living, Home Care, or Rehabilitation
- Experience with Dementia/Alzheimer’s patients
- Strong leadership and assessment skills
