Salary Range: $90,421.50 - $124,332.00 (Bi-Weekly Pay)

About the Role

The Manager of Patient Management will oversee case management, utilization review, and discharge planning while leading a team of SEIU Union nurses (both experienced and new). This leadership position plays a critical role in patient care coordination within the hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide leadership and supervision to patient management staff
✅ Oversee case management, discharge planning, and utilization review
✅ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
✅ Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines
✅ Support and mentor staff to maintain high clinical standards
✅ Work closely with managed care organizations and hospital administration

Qualifications:

✔ BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) – Required
✔ 3 years of experience in case management, utilization review, or discharge planning in a hospital setting
✔ Leadership and management experience
✔ Experience overseeing SEIU Union nurses preferred
✔ Pediatric experience highly preferred but not required
✔ Managed care experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $124,000.00 per year
