Under minimal supervision, this role involves configuring and installing complex software for desktops and mobile devices, providing advanced technical support for software and hardware, and troubleshooting complex issues. Analyst III, Technical Support Responsibilities
- Process and resolve complex IT support tickets, escalating when necessary.
- Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and database issues.
- Write and execute database scripts to correct invalid data.
- Work with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Develop and maintain user guides and support documentation.
- Lead technical support initiatives and provide post-development support.
- Generate management reports and contribute to system monitoring.
- Mentor junior team members as needed.
