J&H Ad Solutions, LLC (Core Image Group) is a small promotional marketing agency located in College Station, TX. We leverage cutting-edge technology extensively, establishing ourselves as industry leaders. Our agency operates multiple websites and specializes in a wide range of imprinted advertising specialties and promotional products. The Creative Services Department is responsible for enhancing both our company’s image and that of our clients.
We are currently seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Art Department. In this role, you will design and lay out various creative materials, including logos, t-shirts, catalogs, websites, marketing collateral, and more. You will utilize your creative expertise to conceptualize, articulate, and present design concepts.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Developing effective designs and layouts for branded merchandise, logos, t-shirts, print and digital publications, catalogs, space ads, direct mail pieces, sample boxes, brochures, etc.
- Designing and preparing digital promotions, including e-newsletters/e-blasts, websites, banners, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
- Creating, cleaning up, or resizing customer artwork and logos for various promotional products, including artwork required for catalog orders.
- Generating artwork for film output related to textile screen printing and digitizing artwork for embroidery.
- Producing artwork specifications for all advertising specialty orders as described on art specification sheets or as per the requirements of salespersons or management team members.
- Preparing final original artwork to accompany purchase orders for vendors of imprinted advertising specialty products.
Qualifications:
- Technical art or graphic design training; an Associate Degree in Applied Arts, Graphic Design, or Commercial Art is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience with print, web, and digital media.
- Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of print, web, and digital production processes.
- Proficiency in production skills, including color trapping and textile color separation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Possess a strong eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all design elements, from initial concept through final production.
- A self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team, with a strong interest in graphic design.
- A positive attitude and professionalism in all aspects of daily tasks.
