We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staffing Recruiter to join our team in the light industrial staffing industry. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in light industrial roles such as warehouse workers, machine operators, assemblers, and more. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at building relationships with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Proactively source and recruit light industrial candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, referrals, and community outreach.
- Screening & Interviewing : Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match qualifications and skills with client needs.
- Client Relationship Management : Build strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Job Posting & Marketing : Create compelling job advertisements and promote job openings to attract qualified candidates.
- Onboarding & Compliance : Assist with onboarding processes, including pre-employment screenings, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
- Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, placements, and client interactions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Problem Solving : Address client and candidate issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Candidate Check In's and Engagement : As needed, this individual will be working with and engaging with our candidates and employees over the course of their employment with us.
