- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
- Shifts Available:
- Shift A: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Week 1: Sunday - Wednesday
- Week 2: Sunday - Tuesday
- Shift B: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night shift differential pay available)
- Week 1: Sunday - Wednesday
- Week 2: Sunday - Tuesday
- Shift C: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Week 1: Thursday - Saturday
- Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday
- Shift D: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Night shift differential pay available)
- Week 1: Thursday - Saturday
- Week 2: Wednesday - Saturday
Responsibilities:
- Manage shipping and receiving operations efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain and update inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure accessibility and proper storage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory and shipments.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory management roles.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) software; experience with Oracle is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts, including night shifts if applicable.
