- Utilize HR software systems such as Dayforce and ADP for tracking employee data and managing payroll.
- Collaborate with management to develop HR sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR software, particularly Dayforce and ADP, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of workers' compensation processes and relevant regulations.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
