The Safety Expert at Core Safety is responsible for ensuring the safety of construction projects. To be successful, you will have 5 years of experience in construction safety and excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential safety hazards
- Develop and implement effective safety protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents and near-misses
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and owners
Requirements:
- 5 years of construction safety experience
- MSHA experience required
- OSHA 30 or greater preferred
- First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Able to pass drug test and background check
Physical Demands:
- Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, climb, use hands and arms, reach, and talk or hear
- Regularly required to balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift or move up to 75 pounds
