Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires proficiency in various project management software and tools, as well as a commitment to quality control and safety standards.
Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid for effective project tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage the bidding process.
- Review schematics and blueprints to ensure project specifications are met.
- Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in project management software including HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
