Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. This role requires proficiency in various project management software and tools, as well as a commitment to quality control and safety standards.

Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Prolog, and HeavyBid for effective project tracking and reporting.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed construction estimates and manage the bidding process.
• Review schematics and blueprints to ensure project specifications are met.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in project management software including HeavyBid, ProCore, Prolog, Bluebeam, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• A degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
