If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! US Diversified Contracting Services Inc. is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in the role of Construction Estimator/ Project Manager.


About Us:

We are a dynamic and expanding company specializing in Federal Government Contracting. Our projects primarily involve maintenance and repair contracts at National Cemeteries, and we also engage in various projects with other government entities. As a part of our team, you'll have the chance to contribute to meaningful work and make a difference.


Responsibilities:

·        Manage subcontractors and oversee project execution

·        Ability to perform hands-on construction work is a plus

·        Supervise projects effectively, ensuring timely completion

·        Utilize computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office

·        Willingness to travel as required

·        Uphold our commitment to quality and excellence in Federal Government projects

·        Demonstrate proficiency in effective verbal and written communication to liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders

·        Access to a reliable, up-to-date computer suitable for performing job-related tasks required


What We Offer:

This position follows our proven formula for success in the Federal Government Contracting space. It's an exciting opportunity for professionals looking to make an impact and be rewarded for their efforts – with earning potential well into the six-figure range. Compensation is based on a division of net profit, aligned with project completion milestones.


Qualifications:

·        Graduate of a four-year accredited college program in one of the following disciplines: Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; or graduate from a technical trade school in a construction related field, and at least three years of experience working as a site superintendent in the construction industry.

·        Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program in construction trades preferred

·        Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong work ethic

·        Construction skills are valuable but not mandatory

·        Proficiency in computer usage

·        Dependable transportation

·        Willingness to pass a drug test

·        Ability and willingness to travel as needed

·        Proficiency in effective verbal and written communication to ensure clear and concise communication within the team and with clients
