About the Role:
We seek a skilled Aviator with Marine Rotary/Tiltrotor Experience who served in the U.S. Marine Corps to join our team at Core Services Group in Norfolk, VA. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and make a meaningful impact in the defense industry to support our dynamic and mission-critical operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced rotary and tiltrotor platforms while contributing to the success of various defense initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Aircraft Operation: Operate and manage a variety of rotary-wing platforms, including CH-53K, MV-22B, H-1 Upgrades, and others, as part of tactical and operational missions.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety protocols, operational standards, and mission-specific regulations during training and real-world flight operations.
  • Training & Mentorship: Lead and mentor junior aviators and crew members, enhancing skills and ensuring proficiency through regular training exercises and operational feedback.
  • Mission Planning & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute mission strategies, working with both rotary-wing and fixed-wing aircraft in joint operations.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
  • U.S. Marine Corps Aviator with Rotary-Wing experience
  • Minimum of 7 years combined experience in:
    • Navy Operational Test and Evaluation
    • Developmental, integrated, or experimental test and evaluation
    • Operation and/or maintenance of Air Warfare systems
  • Qualified as a Naval Aviator or Naval Flight Officer
  • 5 years of experience in the direction/management of rotary/tiltrotor platform operations or Test and Evaluation, including the following platforms:
    • CH-53K, MV-22B, H-1 Upgrades
  • Ability to complete the Mission-Based Test Design (MBTD) and OT/Framework course within 3 months of employment
  • Completion of Technical Assistance Agreement(s) (TAA) within 6 months of task order award
Desired Experience:
  • Experience with joint operations, including fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft used in amphibious, combat, and expeditionary missions
  • Familiarity with mission planning systems, aircrew resource management, and combat mission training
Security Clearance:
Must be eligible for and able to obtain security clearance.
