The Architectural Project Manager, as part of our Design Studio and supporting our Regional Architecture team you will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements, budgets, and timelines. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering projects successfully, balancing creative design with effective project management.

Responsibilities
Design:
- Supervises and participates in preparation of design and construction documents for small to large-scale projects, with only general supervision from senior staff.
- Prepares drawings and renderings using BIM/CAD programs and/or hand sketches.
- Provides construction phase services, including field observation, submittal review, and answering RFIs.
- Collaborates as a team leader on small to medium size projects or as a team member on large or complex projects.
- Ability to research, select, and produce FF&E presentations for client review, as well as produce book format furniture specifications, including custom fabrication as the lead designer (Interior Designers).
- Ability to produce FF&E estimates with only general supervision from senior staff.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Provides project management on small to medium size projects and has routine contact with consultants and clients.
- Assists with project management tasks on large or complex projects.
- Analyzes and monitors hours expended in various phases on projects.
- Directs research, selection, and production of FF&E presentations for client review.
- Directs production of book format furniture specifications, including custom fabrication (Interior Designers).
- Coordinates FF&E procurement efforts with Bernardon procurement team with only general supervision from senior staff (Interior Designers).
- Optimizes project opportunities with new or current clients and shares this information with senior staff.
- Participates in problem solving as a leader of a design team on small to medium size projects.
- Independently develops concepts that are consistent with design intent and building program.
- Provides design solutions to specific conditions or general design issues.
- Exercises independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of construction materials and techniques and building systems that are applied to create constructible designs that meet construction cost budgets.
- Bachelor of Architecture or Landscape Architecture (professional degree) or Bachelor of Arts or Science with major related to the field (non-professional degree)
- Architecture License is preferred
- 7 years of professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of REVIT, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Lumion, and similar programs
- Ability to independently develop sections, details, and schedules
- Ability to generate “mark-ups” to be completed by others
- Proficient knowledge of building and life safety codes
- Generate book-format specifications

Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
