Core Supply in Houston, TX is looking for an entry-level Office Administrator who will be responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for various departments to support the achievement of production goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure necessary paperwork and reports are completed and updated based on established timelines.
- Maintain communication with departments.
- Adhere to Company processes and policies.
- Prioritize workflow.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Office administration experience: 2-years
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and web-based applications
- Proficient in basic math
- Excellent time-management and computer skills
- Construction Industry experience a plus
- Experience working in Manufacturing/ Production a plus
- Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent
