Job Responsibilities:
• Adhere to and understand safety policies and regulations.
• Work in warehouse environment.
• Operate post tension fabrication equipment safely and efficiently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
• Complete fabrication jobs by established deadlines.
• Assist in loading and unloading rebar using overhead crane or forklift.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition.
• Communicate potential on-site hazards to branch management.
• Wear required PPE.
• Work overtime as business requires.
• Report for schedule shift on time and fit for duty.
• Stand for extended periods of time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Post Tension tying experience a plus.
• Post Tension bucket tying experience a plus.
• Wedge anchor experience a plus.
• Forklift operator experience required.
• Industrial manufacturing experience a plus.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures commonly used in the rebar post tension fabrication industry required.
• Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal, are required.
• Bilingual English/ Spanish preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
