Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robot Programmer with expertise in using LG interfaces to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic systems to support production processes. Familiarity with OTC programming is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Programming & Development:
- Program, configure, and optimize robotic systems using LG interfaces.
- Develop, test, and implement robot motion paths, sequences, and logic to meet production requirements.
System Integration:
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to integrate robots into manufacturing systems.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance:
- Diagnose and resolve robotic and automation system issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine maintenance on robotic systems to ensure optimal performance.
Quality Assurance:
- Test and validate robot programs to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Continuously monitor robotic processes for efficiency and make necessary adjustments.
Documentation & Training:
- Maintain detailed documentation of robot programs, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Train operators and maintenance personnel on robotic system usage and basic troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Proven experience programming and troubleshooting robotic systems using LG interfaces or similar
- Strong knowledge of robotic motion control, programming logic, and system integration.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and programming documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred but not necessary:
- Experience with OTC robotic programming.
- Familiarity with various automation systems and industrial communication protocols.
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices for robotic systems.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotic programming, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Work Environment:
- Primarily a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and occasional physical demands such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
- May require occasional travel to support installations and troubleshoot off-site systems.
Salary : $21 - $26
