**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. **Duties:** - Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents, and handling customer inquiries. - Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. - Coordinate with our manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Assist in order processing. - Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales campaigns and promotions. **Qualifications:** - Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency with Saleforce, Excel & Word. - Familiarity with retail math is a plus.
