Title: VP of Operations
Job Summary:
The Vice President of Operations will be responsible for oversight of all company operations, including:production, safety, project management, quality control, estimation, and personnel. This newly created position is due to dynamic growth with one of our most exciting up-and-coming clients.
The right person for this job will be a quick learner, able to be dynamic in their management style, and able to work seamlessly with the current executive team to accommodate both growth and overall company change. This person will handle day-to-day operations for the company in conjunction with the President, who oversees the sales/business development side of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple industries could be a fit, including: Construction, Project Management, manufacturing, engineering, architecture, supply chain, and any similarly related business/industry.
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- 7-10 years minimum of management experience, preferably with increasing degrees of responsibility.
- Ability to engage easily with both production staff and clients.
Compensation:
- $150k /- base salary, varies depending on experience level, among other factors.
- Bonus eligibility immediately.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
