What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Manager position at Core Tech Industrial Corp?
Core Tech Industrial Corp. is looking for an experienced Quality Manager. This qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to manage resources to fulfill department duties, and be self-disciplined in enforcing process and product quality throughout the organization.
Duties:
· Manage the Quality Department consisting of 6-10 employees
· Schedule resources to perform factory acceptance testing (FAT), receiving inspections, Quality Control Reports (QCRs), and non-conforming materials (NCRs) in a timely manner
· Present Quality Metrics to Management
· Conduct First Piece Qualifications (FPQs) on new products
· Conduct both internal and external root cause analysis (RCAs) of products and processes
· Manage internal and external auditors to maintain ISO 9001.
· Manage resources for manufacturing work instructions (WIs) and manufacturing quality plans (MPQP)
· Schedule and oversee customer inspections and 3rd party inspections
· Assist Customer Claims Coordinator as necessary
· Manage Quality Department budget
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred or equivalent work experience
· Management or supervisory experience
· Minimum 5 years’ manufacturing or industrial experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Microsoft Office proficiency (for data management and reporting)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
