What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Business Analyst position at Core Technology Solutions?
We are seeking an IT Business Analyst for a long term contract opportunity with our client in Columbia, SC.
Only local candidates or those within a comfortable commuting distance to Columbia SC should apply. Partially Onsite (Tuesday and Wednesday, and as needed). C2 Clearance required (US Citizen or Green Card Holders only).
What Will You Do In This Role:
- Primary responsible for defining and documenting system business requirements.
- Team is responsible for capturing and defining all business requirements for PGBA applications.
- The team has 6 key performers, all responsible for capturing understanding for our customers.
- Work directly with clients to understand the individual needs of the business.
- Perform research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to businesses and their clients.
Required Work Experience:
- 2 years of IT business analysis experience.
Required Software and Other Tools:
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Azure Boards, Microsoft Visio This role will support the T5 project
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other job related field. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or other job related degree.
Preferred Licenses and Certificates:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), HIPAA, LOMA
