Pay Range

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Proven experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
