Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to launch their career in administrative support while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand to our executive team, assisting with daily tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office

Pay Range

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
• Coordinate meetings, including the preparation of agendas and minutes
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
• Organize files and maintain a systematic filing system
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Perform research and compile data for projects and presentations
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
