What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Coordinator - Environmental Equity position at CORE?
This is a grant funded position. Working under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Program Coordinator provides programmatic and administrative support to help achieve the goals and objectives of the CORE’s California Climate Action Volunteer Program. The position is expected to last 8 months.
Main Responsibilities :
- Coordinates and maintains applicable program schedules and agendas; which may include tracking deadlines, deliverables, communication with management and / or stakeholders.
- Interfaces with other departments, staff, leaders and / or partners in program administration. Provide coordination of applicable logistics or information.
- Organizes, coordinates, develops, and attends all featured events, outreach activities, meetings and materials / collateral, in the promotion and administration of the California Climate Action Volunteer Program. Occasional weekends required. May actively represent the program and / or the organization.
- Helps foster a collaborative and positive relationship building dynamic with internal staff and external parties.
- Interface with other departments, vendors and applicable community parties as needed.
- Advance proficiency in Canva for the creation of community engagement materials
- Knowledge of Excel for recording program metrics
- Other duties as assigned.

In accordance with CA law, the expected pay range for this CA position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
