We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join CORE Texas responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, and building a robust talent pipeline. Additionally, this role will support and provide oversight to our college recruiting program and internship program to attract and nurture emerging talent in the construction industry.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Assist as needed in currently established college recruiting program.
- Design and implement a comprehensive college recruiting strategy.
- Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and technical schools.
- Coordinate and participate in college career fairs, on-campus recruiting events, and informational sessions.
- Assist as needed in currently established intern program
- Develop and manage the company's internship program.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify internship opportunities and projects.
- Recruit, interview, and select interns.
- Provide orientation, training, and ongoing support to interns.
- Evaluate the performance of interns and provide feedback.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to present to leadership.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
- Proven experience as a recruiter in the construction or related industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
