Core4ce is seeing a talented Administrative Professional to join our Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) team on Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio. The ideal candidate would be joining a multi-disciplined team, providing stellar customer service and administrative support in a front office setting. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greet and process incoming/outgoing visitors to include foreign nationals and personnel daily, interpret and implement appropriate security protocols, determining the proper credentials for visitors (physical escort required, no escort required, etc.) and contacts the appropriate POC for the visitor to be escorted through the facility, generate visitor logs, support facility tours and events, and manage conference rooms schedules.
- Create visit requests in DISS and ensure approval by the hosting SMO.
- Assist with Security and Policy review documents to include DD2875s and international travel protocols.
- Respond to Foreign Travel Information requests and monitored ITAP for upcoming travel.
- Use AFRIMS and LiveLink to maintain file records in accordance with Air Force guidelines regarding records handling and disposition.
- Provide support for SIPR Café; opening/closing safe when necessary, sends/receives properly marked emails through SIPRNet regarding Café, and signs-out/secures the room after period of use for personnel is completed.
- Support management and business processes via SharePoint.
- Assist in special projects in support of operations, as required.
- Initiate investigations in eQIP and assist users as required.
- Schedule incoming employees for fingerprints as required.
- Operate electronic security systems such as electronic access control and intrusion detection systems, to ensure a secure facility.
- Input authorized personnel into automated access control system, OnGuard, as required to enable building access.
- Participation, possibly in both writing and review, in the bid and proposal process for Azimuth's continued work in government contracting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Microsoft Office, ability to learn new software systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a group setting.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience
