This role is responsible for developing and executing a strategic partnership strategy that aligns with CoreAVI’s objectives, focusing on managing relationships with hardware partners and third-party suppliers. Key responsibilities include leading negotiations and contracts to secure significant partnerships, overseeing component-level quality, obsolescence, and supply management for GPUs and SoCs, as well as managing hardware IP designs and DO-254 safety certification processes. This role emphasizes relationship management, working closely with technology providers, manufacturers, certification authorities, and distributors. Additionally, it requires close collaboration with internal teams, such as product management, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives and hardware-related projects.

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Lead negotiations and managing contracts with strategic partners to secure significant partnerships and hardware suppliers.
- Manage component level quality, screening, obsolescence and supply management for SoCs and GPUs.
- Manage hardware IP designs, third party suppliers and execution of DO-254 safety certification.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key partners, including technology providers, certification authorities, manufacturers, and distributors.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the GPU or broader hardware technology industry.
- Deep understanding of the GPU or embedded systems hardware market, including key players, trends, and technologies.
- Experience with aerospace and defense market.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Degree in Hardware Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Program management, product management or similar experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
