Mapsly is excited to welcome an experienced and dynamic Director of Partnerships and Alliances to our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding our partner ecosystem, which encompasses technology vendors, consulting partners, and potential industry alliances.
Your leadership will span the full partnership lifecycle—from initial outreach and onboarding through co-marketing efforts and long-term relationship management. You will report directly to the company founder and CEO, providing you with a unique opportunity to influence our strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership Development : Identify and pursue high-potential technology and consulting partnerships that align with Mapsly's growth objectives. Conduct market research to uncover new opportunities, negotiate deal structures, and foster mutually beneficial agreements.
- Program Management : Design and refine scalable partnership programs that build upon our revenue-sharing initiative. Oversee onboarding processes and create enablement resources (training materials, collateral, etc.) to empower partners in delivering value to their customers using Mapsly.
- Relationship Building & Maintenance : Act as the primary contact for partner organizations, cultivating trustworthy relationships. Engage actively with partner teams to ensure alignment, drive joint initiatives, and resolve any challenges that may arise.
- Co-Marketing & Enablement : Organize webinars, joint marketing campaigns, and other promotional activities with partners, working cross-functionally with internal marketing, product, and sales teams to maximize visibility and outcomes from partner-led initiatives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting : Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership success; track and report on metrics such as leads, revenue contribution, and partner engagement levels to optimize program effectiveness over time.
- Cross-Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with Mapsly's marketing and product teams to ensure that partner feedback and market insights influence product roadmaps, messaging, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- Team Leadership & Growth : As Mapsly scales, you will have the opportunity to recruit and mentor partnership managers and associates, establishing processes, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the efficacy of our partner ecosystem.
