Duties- Handle inbound customer inquiries- Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and customer satisfaction surveys- Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution- Perform data entry to update customer records accurately- Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products or services- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
Requirements- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
