Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)
The Deputy CISO interprets the vision of the Chief Information Security Officer and translates abstract concepts into clear, measurable security objectives. This individual maintains operational focus across multiple disciplines to ensure service delivery and the overall success of the enterprise security program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Full responsibility for IT Security Operations functions and capabilities
- Problem Solving: Identifies operational and strategic issues within multiple functions and resolves to root cause
- Autonomy and Decision Making: Establishes technology policies and processes that impact Corebridge Financial and stakeholders
- Leadership: Creates and leads CEO/CIO/CISO technology agenda and initiatives
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field or proven record of experience in Information Technology and Cyber Security roles
- 15 years in technology preferably IT Security, Cyber Security, IT Security Operations/Readiness/Response
- 12 years in managerial/leadership positions
Compensation: The base salary range is $225,000 - 275,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
