Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Alignment
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI and Advanced Analytics initiatives that aligns with organizational strategy & priorities.
- Identify and pursue high-impact AI opportunities that address business challenges and foster innovation.
- Demand Management and Prioritization
- Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of AI and Advanced Analytics initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and ROI.
- Ensure resources are allocated efficiently to maximize program effectiveness.
- Program Execution and Oversight
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of AI and Advanced Analytics programs and projects.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Develop and track KPIs to measure the success and impact of AI and Advanced Analytics initiatives.
- Leverage insights from data to optimize strategies and enhance program outcomes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure alignment and progress across all levels.
- Change Management and Adoption
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate cultural and operational changes that support the adoption of AI-driven solutions.
- Resource and Budget Management
- Oversee resource allocation and budget planning for AI and Advanced Analytics initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and financial constraints.
- Vendor and Partner Management
- Support the management of relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and program objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a technical field.
- Certifications in Program Management or Agile Methodologies preferred.
- Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, with exposure to financial services or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in program management, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Skilled at managing priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and serving as a trusted liaison between business and technical teams.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI and Advanced Analytics, and ability to align innovative solutions with business transformation goals.
- Proficient in resource and budget management, with experience in establishing and tracking KPIs to monitor program performance.
