The client is now seeking an experienced Director of F&B to lead the team and drive the department to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and quality standards
- Manage the preparation, presentation of food and beverages, and coordination of special events
- Provide strategic input on marketing opportunities, budget development, and operational improvements
- Supervise subordinate managers and address escalated issues requiring collaboration with other departments

- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
