The Role
Develop and execute an HR strategy that aligns with company policies while addressing the specific needs of the Houston division. Oversee talent acquisition, training, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring compliance, workplace well-being, and a strong company culture.

- Demonstrated success in a senior HR role, preferably as a VP or Director, with a track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives
