The Role
The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences that align with the venue’s high-energy atmosphere. This role involves overseeing all kitchen operations, menu development, and ensuring consistency in quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for maintaining food safety standards, managing kitchen staff, and collaborating with the management team to create innovative culinary offerings that enhance the overall guest experience.
What they are looking for :
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Creative with menu develope and creation - Seafood expereince is preferred
- Strong background in menu development, food presentation, and maintaining consistency
- Experience in leading, training, and managing kitchen staff, with a focus on fostering a positive and efficient work environment
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, budgeting, and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations
