Maintenance Technician
Coregistics is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Specialist to manage the operation and maintenance of machinery in our facility.
This role includes developing, implementing, and scheduling preventative maintenance to ensure optimal plant performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new and revised preventative maintenance schedules.
- Assist with production by suggesting ideas to improve processes.
- Collaborate with the General Technician to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- Journeyman level training or equivalent in training & experience.
- 3-5 years experience in facilities maintenance (warehouse equipment, and grounds).
- HVAC, plumbing and electrical certification, preferred.
Physical Job Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand for extended periods and walk, balance, stoop, kneel, squat, climb stairs, or bend.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and at times lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
Safety:
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE (personal protective equipment) where needed.
- Immediately report any unsafe conditions or other safety-related issues.
Work Environment:
- Regularly works in a manufacturing setting with minimal noise levels.
- Often works at a workbench or on various pieces of equipment.
