Job Duties:
Support Global Trade Department: Provide comprehensive support to the Global Trade Department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Recordkeeping: Assist with maintaining accurate and organized records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Administrative Tasks: Perform a variety of general administrative tasks, including preparing reports, tracking metrics, and managing documentation.
MS Office Skills: Utilize Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, to create presentations, analyze data, and generate reports.
Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Customer Service Focus: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Initiative: Demonstrate a high level of initiative, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and taking action to enhance processes.
Multitasking: Effectively balance multiple tasks in a busy environment, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in an administrative or support role.
Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Customer Service: Strong focus on customer service and ability to handle inquiries professionally.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.86 - $31.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
