Position Description:
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with:
- Promoting a positive Safety & Health cultural environment with all employees.
- Overseeing incident reporting process which includes injuries, property damage, near misses and good observations.
- Monitoring and driving EHS action items to closure.
- Updating EHS related leading and lagging metrics.
- Providing updates on EHS related communications to the site employees.
- Maintaining EHS related procedures and training materials.
- Leading EHS projects and driving implementation of those projects.
- Participating as an active member in EHS related team meetings.
- Conducting EHS assessments/inspections to maintain regulatory compliance and identify risks.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory reports.
- Executing on other miscellaneous EHS departmental tasks as requested.

- Microsoft Office Suite and Teams.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably related to the EHS field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in EHS.
- Have excellent communication skills to engage with all levels of personnel in the organization.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Desired Soft Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the manager and the client staff throughout the building.
Experience Level:
- Up to 3 years of experience, as this is an entry-level position.
Note:
100% onsite.
8am to 5pm, but there is some flexibility.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
