What are the responsibilities and job description for the Materials Handler position at Corelleaf Design Studio?
Description:
Knowledge of logistics, packaging, rigging and any other aspect of shipping needed.
Packaging of all equipment, parts and shipments per the documented process and WIs currently in place for this BC.
Setting up LTL or FTL shipments with our core carriers, completing all paperwork, quotes, computer transaction and record keeping of all shipping transactions.
Handling all freight carrier issues to include freight claims, supplier interface and performance tracking.
Multi-modal transport experience: Vessel, air and truck Routing guide updating and evaluation.
ECC export compliance coordinator tracking, record keeping / reporting, and other duties as requested.
Defining and documenting current processes that do not have current WIs and putting these in the required format for approval process International Shipping experience for larger shipments than small packages a plus.
Note :
1st shift 9:00am- 5:00pm for training purpose
Here’s the hours for 2nd and 3rd shift.
2nd shift 1:00pm-9:30pm
3rd shift 11:00pm- 7:30am
