Job Title : Materials Handler

Position Summary :
The incumbent will perform various job duties not limited to shipping, receiving, inventory management, and pulling production orders. The candidate must also possess intermediate math and computer skills and willingly to thinks outside the contort zone on process improvement methodologies to up keep the stock room.
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Receive all Purchase Orders of electronics components and raw materials using Microsoft AX Dynamics (MRP)
- Examines incoming shipments against packing slip and communicates with the Purchasing team of any variances
- Maintain Inventory cycle counts of components and finish goods
- Pulling, counting, and releasing production orders to manufacturing directed by planning
- Prepare shipping / receiving documents, load and unload shipment from carrier or LTL trucks
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel , word, Outlook)
- Confers with the operations team on status of materials, kits, and logistics
- Ensures timeliness of all receiving completed daily
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by adhering to 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) policies
