Description:
Supports quality global team by managing all aspects of quality projects, including but not limited to, planning, strategic management, implementation, scheduling, budgeting, simplification, communication, training, etc. Responsible for leading and coordinating project team’s overall performance, scope, budget, and deliverables. Supports communication from global to local teams. Collaborates with local, regional, and global teams to facilitate projects and communications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This section contains a list of five to eight primary responsibilities of this role account for 95% or more of the work. The incumbent will perform other duties assigned.
Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI)
Responsible for managing (planning, oversight, implementation, and evaluating) quality projects related to QAPI
Collaborates with project stakeholders for QAPI process including internal and external suppliers to QAPI and customers of QAPI
Ensures projects meet QAPI requirements and standards as defined by global QMS
Ensures that projects that result in changes to the QAPI process are communicated to those impacted and that the necessary training occurs to properly implement those changes.
Clinical Operational, Education, Quality Staff Management (if applicable)
Consults with clinical team to ensure thar projects align with clinical objectives and processes.
For projects resulting in changes to quality functionality, creates, implements, and participates in training for the new solution or technology
Assist the global quality in developing project management skills within the quality team
Policies and Procedures
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Responsible for tracking projects from implementation to execution stages and to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
With oversight from RCS Global Quality Director create timelines for multiple implementations in different geographies
Supports adherence to project timelines by working with the team to meet milestone dates for project completion by deadline
Performs administrative oversight of projects via planning, financial and digital asset management systems
Schedules and leads internal project status meetings and reviews
Assess the effectiveness of implemented projects through validated tools, including surveys, cost analysis, schedule adherence, stakeholder satisfaction, achievement of business case, etc.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet with clients to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
Use and continually develop leadership skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related duties as assigned
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
