Job Description :
CoreLogic's property tax services are the industry's gold standard. Join us as a Sr. Associate, Accounting, within our Custodial Payment Processing team in which you will be responsible for processing daily custodial disbursements to taxing authorities for commercial and residential properties to set schedules, controls, SOP's and SLA's.
Additionally, you will ensure the following :
- Daily disbursement and funding balancing and posting.
- Daily verification of funding and archive of balancing and processing material.
- Month end close and reporting and activity.
- Daily liaison with operations, Cognizant and other internal and external customers.
- Participate in client, RegAB and Sox audits as required.
- Fully Cycle Accounts Payable processing.
- Wire and ACH payment processing.
- 1099 Reporting.
- Participate in accurate and timely closing of General ledgers on a monthly basis.
- Deliver results individually and as a key team member in a fast paced, high performance culture.
- The function will include funding verification, RegAB reporting and compliance and outstanding checks reporting.
