Job Summary
This role involves providing administrative support for loan operations, including processing loan applications and documentation. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process administrative aspects of loan applications and documentation
- Process Compliance Actions, Consents, Waivers & modifications
- Compile Partial Release of Lien documentation and track through lending databases
- Scan and import documents into imaging system
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Records Management databases is also required.
