Seeking a front desk receptionist for a contract to hire position in Santa Clara, CA
FRONT DESK / OFFICE ADMIN DUTIES :
- Greet customers and maintain front desk and lobby area
- Maintain office / conference rooms / kitchen area clean and tidy appearance
- Coordinate office plant and foliage maintenance with third party vendor (Kim Parker Plant)
- Stock and maintain office supplies, groceries, sundries inventory
- Coordinate work order with building access and schedule of office maintenance
- Maintain Intranet portal documents access for employee with IT department
- Maintain credit card payment log and Purchase order log
- Receive and deliver Office mail and FedEx / UPS shipment
- Maintain wireless phone line and monthly payment
- Maintain office business licenses, business entities compliances
- Coordinate Employee travel arrangement, bookings of flight, hotel, and transportation
- Manage Customer training / visit bookings of travel arrangements, flight, hotel, transportation and catering services
