Work Hours : 9am to 6pm PST

Candidate must be within 1 hour driving distance of division office
Note : MUST be legally authorized to work in the United States.
SUMMARY :
We're looking for a Social Media Community Manager who will work closely with our brand marketing and creative teams to craft thoughtful, engaging content that serves our guests and promotes our business
Responsibilities include delivering our "Sincerely Promise" on social media across channels and platforms. This includes responding to happy customers and looking for ways to engage and build community. If you have experience in social media and community management and a background in marketing, PR and brand, we'd like to meet you
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage the entire content calendar, assets, copy, and scheduling
Create thoughtfully crafted social responses for our customers
Write clear, error-free content that reflects the company's voice
Onboard with the media team, brand and copy teams to understand how your role and the community manager work fits into larger Sincerely strategy
Own "Happy Path" process in partnership with CSC to understand how to elevate "winnable" brand moments where the banner is mentioned to deliver a best-in-class social interaction
Utilize Sprout's engagement dashboard to proactively respond to comments
Be the eyes and ears for the brand, escalate what you are seeing the community talk about and share with brand and marketing leadership
Oversee general page management on channels - header photos changing with seasons, keeping YouTube playlists up to date, etc.
Help manage the paid posts by pulling boost and spark codes
REQUIREMENTS :
A passion for social media and eagerness to join a growing and close team
Worked as a social media or community manager, min 3 years' experience
Expert knowledge on social channels and difference between them and a pulse on the latest food trends
BS in Marketing or Communications
A passion for brand storytelling and social media and the willingness to learn from other marketing professionals
The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and to pivot to handle multiple projects concurrently
Experience writing strong, succinct copy that is grammatically correct
Hands-on experience with Sprinklr (or other social listening tools : Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.) Microsoft Office, Outlook, Team and PowerPoint
Creativity, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
A positive attitude and sense of humor
An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
Great organizational skills
Solid time-management skills
Effective communication skills

Will this role require any onsite work? How many days / weeks onsite is required? - No, Onsite work is not required
Is there a possibility for this role to be extended? - Yes, depending on performance and budget approval
Is there a possibility for this role to be converted to full time employment? - Yes, it's possible, depending on performance and budget approval. If the worker is converted, they would need to come to the office min 2 days per week. There is no guarantee for conversion
