**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assess and prioritize patients' needs.
- Develop and implement effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Associate's degree in Nursing required.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years.
- Graduates from non-accredited schools must have acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed healthcare role and pass the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
