You will also be expected to obtain certification/licensure from the State of Michigan and transition into a Registered Nurse role within 60 days.

- Conduct ongoing and systematic assessments to identify patient needs and develop a plan of care
- Implement delegated interdependent and independent direct care activities based on skills learning and clinical training
- Collaborate with mentoring RN on the nursing process and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and meet productivity standards
