Key Role Functions And Responsibilities
- Mentors, leads, and develops Talent & Culture team members ensuring effective collaboration and high performance.
- Leads the strategic design of Talent & Culture initiatives by implementing scalable, dynamic, and inclusive programs that support the organization’s goals.
- In partnership with executive leaders, drive culture change initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing resistance.
- Design and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, team effectiveness, and org design programs
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Talent & Culture initiatives and drive continuous improvement
Candidate Qualifications
- 7 years of relevant experience In Organizational Development and/or talent management. Required
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Required
- 5 years of relevant experience in Leadership. Preferred
- Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred
