Job Description
This Weekend RN Position is part of our team that provides comprehensive end-of-life care and symptom management to individuals with a life expectancy of six months or less.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care to patients and families in a 16-bed inpatient hospice residence setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond to patient needs with compassion, flexibility, and urgency
- Provide pain-free, peaceful, sacred death care
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in hospice or related field
- Registered Nurse (RN) - State of Michigan required
- BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 90 Days required
